More than just a charcuterie class, this is a tasting experience, creative workshop, and social gathering all rolled into one. You'll build a stunning board using artisan cheeses, premium meats, and seasonal accompaniments while learning easy styling tricks, flavor-pairing secrets, and the stories behind the cheeses you're enjoying. With cheese tastings woven throughout the experience, you'll sample, snack, and create your way to a board that's almost too pretty to eat.

Perfect for date nights, casual outings, or a fun evening with friends, our Petite Charcuterie Board Workshop is a relaxed introduction to the art of charcuterie. Guests will learn simple yet impressive techniques for arranging artisan cheeses, premium meats, and seasonal accompaniments into a board that's as beautiful as it is delicious. Along the way, you'll sample a variety of cheeses, discover the stories behind them, explore flavor pairings, and pick up entertaining tips you can use long after the workshop ends. You'll leave with a beautifully styled board that's perfect for sharing as an appetizer, enjoying before dinner, or savoring as a late-night snack.

Choose between our Petite Workshop or Full-Size Workshop, and customize your experience with either a Charcuterie Board Workshop or a Cheese Workshop. Whether your group wants to master the art of styling a beautiful board or dive deeper into the world of artisan cheeses, every workshop is designed to be approachable, engaging, and fun for all experience levels.

Along the way, guests will enjoy guided tastings, discover flavor pairings, learn entertaining tips, and leave with new skills, great memories, and a board they created themselves.

Arrive Ready to Create

Please plan to arrive on time so we can get started together and make the most of our time. Each workshop is designed to flow smoothly from start to finish.

Creative Station

Each guest will have a fully equipped styling station, complete with a knife set, cutting board, apron, and food tray to use during class plus a wooden board (the board you’ll be styling) to keep.

Hands-On Learning

Each class is interactive and designed to spark fun and creativity while you build your own delicious masterpiece.

Take Home Creation

Everything you create on your board is yours to keep! At the end of class, you’ll take your finished board to enjoy, snack on, and show off!
